Returns and Refunds

Goods once sold are neither returnable nor refundable.

Replacement or Return (Only in case of defective or damaged goods)

We may only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gobble Tobble may replace the goods which are delivered in damaged condition only if customer makes an opening video of the courier package to establish that goods were actually received in damaged condition.

  1. Opening video is mandatory to claim damages in transit, if any.
  2. Damages should be reported within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
  3. To be eligible for a replacement, product received must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need replacement or refund for the same product, send us an email at [order@gobbletobble.com] and send your item within 7 days of delivery (after 7 days refund or replacement request will not be entertained) to: [C-54, Kamakshi Apartment, Plot No.28, Sector-6, Dwarka, New Delhi India 110075.]

Refunds (Only in case of defective or damaged goods)

Once your return is received within the stipulated time and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to reflect the refund credit in your statement.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: [C-54, Kamakshi Apartment, Plot No.28, Sector-6, Dwarka, New Delhi India 110075.]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for the loss of your package in transit.
